Recognising and endorsing excellence by identifying, highlighting, and certifying homelessness organisations that deliver outstanding, person-centered outcomes informed by best practice, research, and lived experience.
Conducting high-level research to better understand the evolving nature of homelessness, with the goal of establishing sector-wide, evidence-based best practices.
Sharing our findings across the sector—both nationally and internationally—to support informed decision-making based on the most current and accurate information.
Providing support and consultation to organisations that are struggling to meet their own objectives or those of their clients, offering training grounded in both rigorous research and the insights of lived experience.
Sharing the stories of our communities most vulnerable, we can inform best practice, grow empathy and understanding, develop cultural awareness, challenge today’s practices, inspire change and educate for a better tomorrow.
